有热风幕整个冬天不必烦恼

热风幕是把电能转化成热能的大功率电器设备，因其释放热量大并且安全可靠，使用范围广，备受市场的青睐。热风幕一般不加装空气过滤装置，因为加装空气过滤网，会增加空气的进气阻力和减少进气的数量，也就增加了加热器的负荷---（加热器由若干个PTC陶瓷片组合）当热风幕通电工作后也就是加热器和风机工作的时候，通电后PTC陶瓷片迅速升温，此时风机送出的风把PTC陶瓷片表面的高温热量带走，降低了PTC陶瓷片表面的温度。如果增加了空气过滤网，使空气流经PTC陶瓷片表面的速度降低，从而提高了PTC陶瓷片的工作温度，使其始终处于高温工作状态，当温度达到PTC陶瓷片的设计保护温度，PTC陶瓷片内部就会自动断开电源，此时虽然电压加在PTC陶瓷片的两端，PTC陶瓷片也不会工作，也不会产生热量，但如果加热器总是工作在此环境状态下，PTC陶瓷片会频繁通断，也就衰减PTC陶瓷片的性能，也会使PTC陶瓷片表面因过热而加速其衰老，也就是说消耗了电能，但没有得到相同的热量。
